About the Position

As a part-time staff member in our restaurant, you are an important part of the guest experience. You will work variably during the different meals and service shifts of the day:

• Breakfast service – preparations and buffet.
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks – setting up coffee, tea, fruit, and treats, and ensuring all guests are well taken care of.
• Lunch and dinner – setting tables, serving, clearing, dishwashing, and bar sales.
• Bar service – selling drinks, simple cocktails, and handling payments.
• All other service in between – replenishing, preparations, cleaning, and always being there for the guest.
• A warm guest reception, always with a friendly smile.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in restaurant work at a conference facility or similar with at least 3 years.
• Is at least 20 years old to be able to be responsible for serving according to municipal regulations for serving permits.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English – as we have many international guests.
• Has a service-oriented approach, is flexible, and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Is a person who shines – with energy, warmth, and a genuine interest in people, and gains energy from meeting others and is more than willing to step forward and meet the guest.
• Is available Monday to Friday, morning and evening shifts. Sometimes we are also open on weekends. We are not looking for someone who can only work weekends as we mostly operate on weekdays.
